Every client's program is carefully scripted to flow effectively and efficiently, capturing the necessary information while maintaining personalized dialogue with each caller. The entire program's conversational scripting is on-line to the workstation ensuring that each call is handled accurately, professionally and uniformly. Changes to a program's scripting are easily made either immediately on-line by the Account Team Executive or through programming requests to the IT department. For every inbound phone application we develop a comprehensive Product Information System that is linked to the script and is used by the Customer Service Representatives as a knowledge base and help system to provide answers to FAQ's and product/service questions. The Product Information System can be updated in real time by the Client Service Team. We have a full time Training Manager and a full time Quality Assurance Manager. Our Call Center Director, Quality Assurance Manager and Training Manager all work together utilizing a variety of qualitative and quantitative tools, procedures and incentives to help each CSR deliver the highest level of service, that reflects positively on each client's brand, helping them to acquire new customers/clients and keep current clients happy and loyal to the services being provided. In addition, each CSR will receive over 100 hours of training throughout the year. We have weekly training sessions to address changes in client applications, seasonal programs, soft skill development and product knowledge.
