Every web design project is different.  Below is a representation of our general guidelines for the average custom project.

1) Sign Up Sign up by speaking with our business development  team. 2) Initial Consultation You are contacted by one of our project managers for an initial consultation. 3) Asset Collection Submit your images and content to assigned personal designer. 4) Design Consultation Your personal web designer will contact you to discuss the strategy and content of your website.

5) Production Web designer researches your requirements, selects images and builds a beta website. 6) Beta Presentation Web designer presents the completed beta website to you. 7) Site Revision Review your beta website, then send final changes to the web designer. 8) Website Goes Live Web designer pushes website live onto the Internet.

• Survey is sent to you by email to give our web design team a foundation of information to build on for the preliminary consultation.
  

• Consultation, usually handled over the phone, serves to discuss concepts, analyze objectives, review elements of competitor sites and answer any questions you may have regarding your web design.

• Design begins. Taking the information from both the standard survey and phone consultation, your designer will develop a mock-up and eMail it to you for review.

• Feedback. Let us know your thoughts and opinions regarding initial mock-up. We request that you summarize any discussions with our designer regarding your feedback items in email format so that both parties can be clear on revision expectations.

• Revisions. Mock-up is revised and emailed to you for further review.

• Approval. When you are satisfied with your web design, provide us with your approval via phone and email.

• Development. Project is now ready to move into the development phase. We will optimize your artwork, develop HTML, and integrate code and images within our Content Management Software or Shopping Cart Software.

• Project Completion. Design and development of your site is now complete. Our web design team will notify you that your project is finished.  Our support team will contact you to discuss any domain name changes or registration and email accounts that need to be set up of we host  your website.

How long does it take?

The process is largely dependent upon you as we'll rely on your initial information, feedback, and continued communication to help your design reach its full potential.
