Ed Kundahl:  President and Director Technical Resources
Ed is President and owner of IdeaOverTen,  Haven Internet Services and Alliance Internet Marketing, firms that were created from years of experience in ecommerce.  IdeaOverTen is the evolution of those two companies, combined with Graphic Arts, to bring clients total Web and Print media solutions.  Ed is one of five outside consultants to a major search engine Worldwide, and one of seven outside consultants to a second major search engine.  He has consulted to some of the largest corporations in the World, but his roots are in small business search engine optimization and marketing.  Ed has  a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology.  Ask him to explain his circuitous road to the Internet over a cup of your favorite StarBucks coffee.

Timmy: Operations Manager- Customer support services are taken seriously by Tim and his team. The unrelenting pursuit of client satisfaction has led to what many claim to be, “the best client support in the industry.”

Sharon:  Internet Marketing Diva-Sharon has been enlightening the Internet World with her wit, charm and talent for search engine optimization and marketing, for over a decade.  Sharon oversees all aspects of project management for each of our search engine optimization and search engine marketing clients.  Her team is second to none.

Andrew:  Top Gun programming guru -  He can make a site sing.  Andrew oversees our Programming Group's workload, including custom programming all those wonderful widgets that make your site unique.  His team is responsible for developing new off the shelf software, such as an online scheduling software package.

Mike: ColdFusion Guru and Master Programming Wizard - Whether he is coding in ColdFusion or designing a new Database, Mike knows how to make it all work.  Mike is the programmer of our WebCreatorPlus Shopping Cart and Website Management Software (Website Publishing Engine).

Di:  One of the areas most talented web and graphics designers, she will make your site "look pretty".  Di fits the elements of design, functionality and branding better than any other designer we know.  And we know many designers.

Kim:  Usability Researcher- How "friendly" is your site to visitors? Are they staying on long enough to get your pertinent information?  Can they find it easily and quickly?  Kim's demographic and trend reports, typically 40-50 pages answers those questions with empirical data.

B.J.: SEO Content Writer- Our veteran wordsmith, B.J. has been doing Search Engine Optimized content writing for nearly a decade.  No one writes more compelling, Search Engine friendly content than B.J.

Sue: SEO/SEM Researcher-A veteran online shopper, Sue is instrumental in researching terms used by shoppers.  

David: Veteran Graphic and Web Designer- David manages the graphic design department and the projects flowing through it. He also is responsible for implementing designs into our WebCreatorPlus software.Kate: Desktop Layout; Printing- Kate is facile with Quark Express, Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and all other Publishing and Image Programs.  Moreover, her skill with complex print layouts is invaluable.
